What does the collaboration process look like?
The process begins with defining the project brief and developing a program through initial meetings, detailed questionnaires, and analysis. This is followed by the concept design phase, developed in close collaboration with the client. Once the concept is defined, all necessary technical and legal documentation is prepared to enable the realization of the project.
How long does it take to prepare project documentation?
The timeline depends on the complexity, scale, and number of project phases.
Interior design projects typically take around 3 months (ranging from 1 to 6 months), while architectural projects requiring permits generally take between 6 and 12 months or longer—depending on the size and complexity of the project, as well as the number of agreed phases, including coordination with consultants from other disciplines.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
Due to the high level of dedication to each project, availability is limited. It is therefore recommended to reach out as early as possible to secure a project slot.
The usual waiting time to begin is between 1 and 3 months, and in certain periods it may be longer. Due to the dynamic nature of the profession, scheduling changes may occasionally occur, and earlier availability can open up—in such cases, the project can begin sooner than initially planned.
